Trimseal is gearing up for a busy fall and would like all our customers to know that we appreciate your patience and support through busy
times in the manufacturing of your product requirements.
Just a brief update on our industry-resin supplies are still fluctuating which does affect availability of our vinyl materials in stock.
Resin shortages will also affect the cost of materials used in virtually all of the products we manufacture. We are not able to stock as much inventory of
materials as we did previously due to our materials suppliers cutting back on manufacturing at their end with resin shortages. Some previously stocked colours
have also been discontinued from our vinyl materials suppliers due to lack of sales with these particular colours (please view on our website).
In an effort to improve customer service, we will be contacting our customers on a more regular basis. We like to know ordering patterns,
new marketing products required, and basically more about YOU the customer. Knowing this information assists us in providing products the marketplace demands,
scheduling work in our factory, and making sure our customers are aware of both our existing product lines as well as any new trends in the industry.
If we are apprised of what our customers' ordering patterns are and of any up-coming special projects, we can then provide more accurate production and delivery
expectations. With regard to price increases from our materials suppliers, we are able to inform our customers in advance so that orders can be placed prior to
the new prices coming into effect. Honestly, we're not 'bugging' you-we're just trying to make sure we are serving our customers to the best of our abilities!
Trimseal manufactures unprinted products as well as printed products, uncommon sizes of products, etc. It is a difficult task to keep current
with showing our customers everything we have manufactured in our 30+ years of business-please call us if you are searching for something you don't see on our website
as we most likely do manufacture or are able to manufacture the product you are looking for.
We have updated our website to show facsimiles of our in-stock vinyl, poly, and naugahide (simulated leather) materials with corresponding pantone
matching system colours to assist our customers when choosing product colours. Trimseal is able to provide other colours of materials, however, these are available on
a 'per roll' basis and dependent upon the quantity of product ordered. Our 'Feature Product' has been updated on our homepage as well as various product pictures (
please click on 'product' tab).
